4. Recruitment Process: The recruitment process is strictly confidential. Members must not disclose any details about the recruitment process to unauthorized individuals.

6. Security Deposit:

6.1. Payment: A security deposit of two hundred US dollars ($200) is required to secure the confidentiality of information. The deposit must be paid by [method of payment] to [payment details].

6.2. Withdrawal: The deposit will be held in a separate account and returned upon satisfactory fulfillment of all obligations, within [number of days] days after termination of membership.

6.3. Forfeiture: In the event of a breach, the security deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages, in addition to other legal remedies available.

7. Breach and Remedies: In case of a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement, the Society is entitled to seek injunctive relief and other legal remedies to prevent further disclosure or misuse of Confidential Information.

1.5 Notification and Resolution: Clients will be promptly notified if their withdrawal request cannot be processed due to missed security deposit payments. Instructions on how to resolve missed payments and the steps required to restore account privileges will be provided.

2.1 Payment Monitoring: The finance team will regularly monitor security deposit payments to ensure they are made on time. Clients will be reminded of upcoming payment deadlines as necessary.

2.2 Handling Withdrawal Requests: Upon receiving a withdrawal request, the finance team will verify the client's payment history. If there are missed payments, the client will be notified, and the withdrawal request will be declined until the payments are resolved. Any withdrawal charges paid will be transferred to the client's security deposits amount and the client will be informed accordingly.

2.3 Client Communication: An email will be sent to clients whose withdrawal requests are declined due to missed payments, explaining the reason and the steps needed to resolve the issue. The finance team will be available to assist clients with any questions or concerns regarding their security deposits and withdrawal requests.
